Our Commitment

Policies & Guidance

Safeguarding

AFC Wolves CIC is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children, young people and vulnerable adults. Every participant has the right to enjoy football in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. Our practices follow FA guidance and are reviewed regularly.

Club Welfare

Our Club Welfare Officer (CWO) is the first point of contact for any safeguarding concern. They are FA-trained and work independently of coaching staff. All coaches and volunteers are DBS-checked and hold current FA safeguarding qualifications.

Parent & Player Guidance

We want every player and parent to feel informed and supported. Our guidance covers matchday expectations, training information, how to raise concerns, and how to get the most from your AFC Wolves experience.

Complaints Procedure

We take all complaints seriously and are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly. Complaints are acknowledged within 5 working days and investigated thoroughly by an appropriate club official.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We will not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We actively work to remove barriers to participation and promote equality of opportunity across all our activities.
