Delivery and Return policy

We aim to process orders within 5-7 working days.

In the UK, we send our orders via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class delivery. They aim to deliver in 3-4 working days.

Personalised orders will take longer to dispatch. we aim to dispatch personalised items withn 10-21 days of order being processed.

Customers can get in touch with us via the 'Contact Us' option on our website if you have not received your item and it has exceeded the stated delivery time.

Please make sure you provide a full and correct address at checkout as we cannot be held responsible if the item is delivered to a wrong address!

• Terms of return - Items can not be returned after 28 days of receiving your order.
• State of return - item must be unworn/unused
• Reason for return - only faulty/damaged items may be returned
• Personalised items with player name and/or initials on them can not be returned unless faulty.
